Dale Hillier – CEO & Founder – Served on the HMS Intrepid in the Royal Navy during the Falklands War and HMS Antrim in Granada 1983. After joining the Merchant Navy Dale now runs a small local business on the island.

Steve Goodall – Director – Served in the Royal Signals for 10 years before 6 years for the Isle of Wight Ambulance service, Steve now has 17 years under his belt for the Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service as a retained firefighter.
